Refund policy

We offer a 21-day return policy, meaning you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at furaha.joyjoy@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. The item must remain unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
